An Awkward Noise Generator is in a small alcove that can be reached by hopping across the stacks of safes carried by BOT-Bots before they reach and fall into the pit. The room is before and off to the side of the level's exit. First gaining access to the Heavy Dimension may be necessary to keep the stacks of safes tall enough to reach the ledge.
