An Awkward Noise Generator is found on a small platform over the level's exit in the final room with the large fan and a few pieces of furniture. Reaching the platform can be tricky, but can be done using the fluffy dimension to reposition some of the furniture to stand on and possibly the slow motion dimension to allow furniture held up in the air to fall slow enough to jump on top of and reach the floor above.
